UTC's internal audit teams conduct risk-based audits and recommend strategic solutions to the UTC business units. Working closely with business unit management, the Internal Audit group utilizes the latest audit techniques and technologies to ensure that value-added audits are conducted.

Most importantly, UTC develops future business leaders.

The Internal Audit department is developmental in nature and employees are assisted in furthering career goals through placement into business segment roles, after completing a two-year commitment. This group is seen as a premiere entry point into the business segments within UTC.

Our global team of auditors consists of 90 members based in the United States, Europe and Asia. UTC's headquarters is in Hartford, Connecticut, with our Americas regional Internal Audit office in Farmington. Our international offices include Bucharest, New Delhi, Paris, Singapore and Shanghai. This strong international presence provides an opportunity to work with a diverse team of individuals that represent as many as 25 different nationalities and who are fluent in 27 different languages.
